These General Conditions of Sale relate to the on-line purchase of flowers on the website www.jardindivers.it belonging to Jardin Divers snc of Cendrine Lecas and Alessandro Fiochi Romagnoli based in Florence.

PRODUCTS

Photos of the bouquets are indicative. The size of each product is shown in the description of the product itself. The types of flowers and their shades vary according to the season and market availability. First quality flowers are used and worked by expert florists.

CONTRACT FINALIZATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Sales contracts for the products on the website www.jardindivers.it are concluded when the purchase order made by the customer arrives and is accepted by Jardin Divers snc di Cendrine lecas and Alessandro Fiochi Romagnoli.

Jardin Divers will promptly send a receipt of the purchase order made by the customer. The customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of contract and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relations with Jardin Divers snc di Cendrine lecas and Alessandro Fiochi Romagnoli.

CUSTOMER OBLICATIONS

Before submitting their purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance. Finally, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale, which have already been viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.

ORDER DEFINITION

By sending the on line order to Jardin Divers snc di Cendrine lecas and Alessandro Fiochi Romagnoli the Customer sends a proposal to purchase the product and / or products included in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.

Purchase method

  • From the site: The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive and technical data sheets, at the price indicated therein to which are added the delivery costs specified on the site. Before submitting the purchase order, the cost of the selected product is summarized, the total cost if other services and the related delivery costs have been added. Once the purchase order has been sent, the customer will receive an email from Jardin Divers snc di Cendrine lecas and Alessandro Fiochi Romagnoli confirming that the purchase order has been received and containing the information relating to the main characteristics of the goods purchased, a detailed indication of the price, and delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment.
  • By phone: it is also possible to place an order by phone during the shop’s opening hours (from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:30pm to 7:30pm). Our staff can help you in your choice.

The service is active from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:30pm to 7:30pm and our staff will be able to help and indicate the possible payments methods.

DELIVERYS

Orders are accepted for delivery in the city of Florence and nearest municipalities (Fiesole, Bagno a Ripoli, Antella, Grassina, Sesto fiorentino and Scandicci). Flower delivery of requires a lot of care and must ensure fresh arrival of the goods. For this reason it is made by one of our assigned.

Orders are prepared during normal shop opening hours and for this reason most deliveries are made in the afternoon only on the available dates of the booking calendar. From Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 3:30pm to 7:30pm, it is also possible to request a VIP delivery service, with additional cost, to ensure delivery in a specific time slot.

It’s customer responsible to check that the address, street number and telephone numbers indicated are correct and complete.

We cannot take any responsibility for delays or non-delivery for incorrect or incomplete indications.

Only one delivery attempt will be made on the requested date.

Orders requested for the following holidays: Valentine’s Day; Women’s Day; Easter; Mother’s Day; Christmas; New Year, given the important volume of deliveries, may vary.

For deliveries to hotels, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, churches and in general in all places where it is not possible to deliver the floral gift directly to the recipient, Jardin Divers is considered authorized to leave it to the local staff.

STANDARD deliveries:

Most deliveries are made in the afternoon only on the available dates of the booking calendar. From Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30

In case of absence of the recipient: An attempt will be made at the phone number provided. If the recipient answers this call and is unable to receive the delivery, he will be informed of the possibility to collect the gift within 48 hours at our shop. A second delivery point near the established one (neighbor, concierge, etc.) can be agreed with the recipient. In the event that the recipient is not reachable by phone on the established day of delivery, a telephone or paper message will be left to notify him of the non-delivery and of the possibility of collection within 48 hours at our shop.

VIP deliveries:

The VIP delivery service, with an additional cost of € 12, allows the customer to indicate a defined time slot delivery.

The bouquet will be prepared, packaged and delivered directly by us to the recipient at the requested time.

If the recipient answers this call and is unable to receive the delivery, he will be informed of the possibility to collect the gift within 48 hours at our shop. A second delivery point near the established one (neighbor, concierge, etc.) can be agreed with the recipient. In the event that the recipient is not reachable by phone on the established day of delivery, a telephone message or email will be left to warn him of the non-delivery and of the possibility of collection within 48 hours at our shop.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

PayPal: We accept payments through PayPal, the quick and reliable method to buy online in a few clicks. The transaction will take place on the Paypal platforms and the credit card data will be processed exclusively by PayPal for the checks necessary to authorize the online payment. Jardin Divers will therefore only manage the buyer data (name, surname, address …) necessary to send the invoice relating to the purchase made and to manage the delivery of the floral gift to the recipient’s home indicated in the order.

Credit card: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and PostePay), rechargeable cards (Postepay and similar). The transaction with the cards listed above will be performed directly on the STRIPE platform thus guaranteeing maximum data security and confidentiality.

ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION

Modified: An order can be modified up to the working day prior to the delivery date by phone at +39 (0) 552466604 . The requested modification must be validated by one of our employees

Cancel: You can cancel an order up to 48 hours before the indicated delivery date by sending an email to: info@jardindivers.it with the order number.

In the event that you decide to cancel an order within 48 hours before the delivery date, the refund will be deducted by €20.00 for the management of the order and any costs resulting from the preparation and delivery of the order.
